Disclose all information regarding property required by law
Perform ministerial acts (preparation of contract) to complete
contract and sale
Present offer to Seller
Act honestly and in good faith
Remember, the Seller's Agent cannot offer an opinion of the
property's condition, the value of improvements, or if the seller
will accept a lower price
A Seller's Agent is required to share with the seller any
information you provide
Often when looking at new construction, the “on-site agents” are
not licensed real estate agents, and therefore are not bound by
the Georgia laws of real estate.
