Noreen Balcer

Noreen has lived and worked in the Atlanta area for almost 20 years.  She has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 2000.  Originally, Noreen began her career in Real Estate as a Community Association Manager,  managing residential communities, condominiums, and townhomes.  Before her career in real estate, Noreen worked in a Financial Institution has a Loan Administrator and Cash Manager for a $1.5 Billion bank. 

Currently, Noreen is a New Home Specialist who strives to meet or exceed her client’s needs.  She takes the time to listen to her clients to thoroughly understand their wants and needs.  Her goal is to help her clients accomplish their dreams of owning a new home.
